Terms of Service.

Effective date: January 1, 2026  ·  Last updated: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the J&J Technologies website at agentsforsmallbusiness.com and any services we describe on it. By accessing the site or submitting a contact form, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

About this site

This site is owned and operated by J&J Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida-based engineering practice. The site exists to describe our services, share examples of our work, and accept inquiries from prospective clients. Visiting the site does not create a client relationship between us.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or any business you represent. By using the site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that doesn’t restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use. Specifically, you agree not to:

Inquiries and follow-up

If you submit a contact form, you’re asking us to follow up about a possible engagement. By submitting, you consent to us responding by email to the address you provide. We may follow up multiple times in good faith to schedule a discovery call. If you’d like us to stop, just reply asking us to.

Submitting the form does not create a contract or commitment between us. Any actual engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, code, logos, the J&J Technologies name, illustrations, and overall design — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the site for personal or business-evaluation purposes, but you may not:

Pricing and service descriptions

Pricing and service descriptions shown on the site are accurate at the time of publication but may change. Any quote we provide in a working session or proposal supersedes the public pricing on this site. Engagements are governed by separate written agreements, not by site content.

Third-party links

The site may include links to third-party websites or services. We don’t control those sites, are not responsible for their content, and don’t endorse them unless we say so explicitly. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the site or its content, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Information on the site is for general purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation. Any reliance you place on site content is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J&J Technologies and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims related to the site is limited to $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J&J Technologies from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Rosa County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.

If you take payment on-site, handle sensitive data, accept international clients, or sign engagement-specific contracts, have an attorney review and customize this language before deploying.
